Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

If your SMS messages are not reaching recipients, check these common causes to identify and resolve the issue.

Common Causes

Phone number not provisioned -- You need an active DreamFlow phone number to send SMS.
Recipient opted out -- The contact may have replied STOP to opt out of your messages.
Carrier filtering -- Mobile carriers can block messages that look like spam or marketing blasts.
Monthly SMS usage limit reached -- Your plan's SMS allowance may be exhausted.
Invalid phone number format -- The recipient's number may be formatted incorrectly or be a landline.

How to Fix

1. Check your phone number

Go to Settings > Phone Numbers.
Verify you have at least one active number with SMS capability.
If no number is provisioned, click Get a Number to purchase one.

2. Check opt-out status

Open the contact record of the person you are trying to reach.
Look for an "Opted out" or "Unsubscribed" badge next to their phone number.
If they have opted out, you cannot send them SMS messages. This is required by law.

Important

Never manually remove an opt-out status. Sending SMS to opted-out contacts violates TCPA regulations and can result in fines. The contact must text START to re-subscribe.

3. Avoid carrier filtering

Do not send identical messages to large numbers of contacts in quick succession.
Personalize messages with the contact's name.
Avoid shortened URLs (use your full domain).
Include your business name in the message.

4. Check usage limits

Go to Settings > Billing > Usage.
Check your SMS allocation. If at 100%, purchase additional credits or upgrade your plan.

5. Verify phone number format

Phone numbers should include the country code (e.g., +1 for US/Canada).
Remove spaces, dashes, and parentheses.
Verify the number is a mobile number, not a landline (landlines cannot receive SMS).
