If you cannot log in to DreamFlow or are experiencing session issues, follow these steps to regain access.
Make sure you are entering the exact email address you used to create your DreamFlow account. Email addresses are case-insensitive, so capitalization does not matter.

DreamFlow supports being logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. If you are experiencing issues on one device, try logging in on another to verify your account is accessible.
Tip
If you consistently have trouble with login emails, try using a personal Gmail or Outlook address as your DreamFlow account email. Corporate email filters are the most common cause of missing OTP codes.
