How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Emails Not Sending - DreamFlow Help

If emails you send from DreamFlow are not reaching recipients, there are a few common causes. Work through each one below to identify and fix the issue.

Common Causes

Sending domain not verified -- DreamFlow requires a verified sending domain with SPF and DKIM records to deliver emails.
SPF or DKIM records missing -- Without proper DNS authentication, email providers may reject or spam your messages.
Recipient email bounced -- The recipient's email address may be invalid, their inbox may be full, or their server may be blocking your domain.
Monthly email usage limit reached -- Each DreamFlow plan has a monthly email allowance. Sending pauses automatically when you hit the limit.
Email content flagged as spam -- Certain words, excessive links, or missing unsubscribe links can trigger spam filters.

How to Fix

1. Verify your sending domain

Go to Settings > Email > Sending Domain.
If you see a yellow "Unverified" badge, click Verify Domain.
Add the SPF and DKIM records shown to your DNS provider.
Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-15 minutes) and click Check Again.

2. Check SPF and DKIM records

Go to Settings > Email > Deliverability.
DreamFlow shows the status of your SPF and DKIM records. Both should show green checkmarks.
If either is red, copy the correct record values and update your DNS.

3. Review bounce reasons

Go to Settings > Email > Deliverability and check the Bounces tab.
Common bounce codes:
- 550 - User unknown: The email address does not exist. Remove it from your contact list.
- 552 - Mailbox full: The recipient's inbox is full. Try again later.
- 554 - Blocked: The recipient's server is blocking your domain. Check your domain reputation.

4. Check your usage limits

Go to Settings > Billing > Usage.
Check your email allocation. If you have reached 100%, sending is paused until the next billing cycle.
You can purchase additional email credits or upgrade your plan to resume sending immediately.

5. Improve email content

Avoid spam trigger words in your subject line (e.g., "FREE", "ACT NOW", excessive punctuation).
