If the DreamFlow chat widget (Sally) is not appearing on your website, the issue is usually with the embed script, domain settings, or browser extensions interfering.

Common Causes

Embed script not installed -- The chat widget script tag is missing from your website.
Domain not whitelisted -- The widget only loads on domains you have approved.
Ad blocker interference -- Browser ad blockers can block third-party scripts.
Content Security Policy (CSP) headers -- Your website's CSP may block the DreamFlow script.
Widget disabled in settings -- The chat widget may be toggled off.

How to Fix

1. Verify the embed script

Go to Chat > Widget Setup > Install Widget in DreamFlow.
Copy the embed script.
Paste it in your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag.
The script should look like: <script src="https://app.dreamflowcrm.com/api/chat/YOUR-SLUG/embed.js"></script>

2. Check domain whitelist

Go to Chat > Widget Setup > Settings.
Ensure your website's domain is listed in the Allowed Domains field.
Include both www.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com if applicable.

3. Test with ad blocker disabled

Temporarily disable your ad blocker.
Reload your website.
If the widget appears, add an exception for your own domain in your ad blocker settings.

4. Check CSP headers

If your website uses Content Security Policy headers, add DreamFlow's domain to your allowed sources:

frame-src 'self' https://app.dreamflowcrm.com;

5. Verify widget is enabled

Go to Chat > Widget Setup > Widget.
