OUR STORY
We built the tool we wished existed.
DreamFlow was not built by a tech company. It was built by people who have actually run businesses, managed clients, and gotten frustrated enough to build something better.
Jaiden Ward, Founder & CEO
When Jaiden lost his son Fletcher at 20 months old, the world stopped. But instead of staying still, he built something. Rightly Royce started as a way to honor Fletcher and became a charity-first community that gave back to millions of families.
Running Rightly Royce taught Jaiden what every small business owner learns the hard way: you need a CRM, an email tool, a phone system, a proposal tool, an invoicing tool, a chat widget, an automation tool, and a dozen other things — all from different companies, all with different logins, and all billing you separately.
After Rightly Royce, Jaiden started Why We Dream, a creative agency. The problem got worse. Now he was managing client accounts across even more tools. The monthly software bill was absurd. The data was scattered. And none of the tools talked to each other.
So he built DreamFlow.
Not because he wanted to start a software company. Because he was tired of paying for six tools when one should exist. Because he wanted to spend his time running his business — not running his software.
“Run your business, not your software.”
THE TEAM
Every person on this team has been the customer.
Megan
Marketing Director
Megan spent 5 years as a social media marketing director. She has worked inside GoHighLevel, Buffer, ClickUp, Hootsuite, and every other marketing tool on the market. She hated most of them. Too many dashboards, too many logins, too many subscription charges that added up to thousands per month. When Jaiden told her what DreamFlow was going to be, her first reaction was: finally. She leads marketing at DreamFlow because she has personally felt every pain point that DreamFlow fixes.
Taylor
Content Production
Taylor has 12 years of video production experience and has been with Why We Dream since the very beginning. His goal is simple: at least one piece of content per day, every day, on every channel. He is the reason DreamFlow has a presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and every major social network. He does not just film — he tells stories that make people care about what DreamFlow is building.
Harry
Design & UX
Harry is the lead visual designer behind DreamFlow. He is also a youth soccer coach — which means he has personally fought with terrible scheduling apps, confusing team management tools, and software that looks like it was designed in 2008. He brings that frustration to every pixel he places. When Harry designs a screen, he is not thinking about trends or awards. He is thinking: would this make sense to a coach trying to manage 15 parents on a Saturday morning? If the answer is no, he starts over.
Jared
Growth Engine
Jared has built audiences of millions of followers across social media. But his specialty is not just views — it is results. Sales, clicks, conversions. He understands what makes people stop scrolling and start paying attention. At DreamFlow, he drives the growth engine: turning content into customers and making sure every campaign has a measurable return. He does not care about vanity metrics. He cares about revenue.
