When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, DreamFlow charges you the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days. When you downgrade, the credit is applied to your next invoice.
DreamFlow offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After that, we do not offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and your plan continues until the end of the billing period.
