How do I move my data from my current CRM?

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Chat Flows let you build automated conversation paths for your website's chat widget. When a visitor starts a chat, the flow can greet them, ask qualifying questions, collect their email, and route them to the right team member — all before a human needs to respond.

Steps

Navigate to Communicate > Chat > Flows from the sidebar.
Click New Flow to open the visual flow builder.
Add a Greeting Node — this is the first message the visitor sees. Write a friendly welcome like “Hi there! How can we help you today?”
Add Quick Reply Options — buttons the visitor can click, such as “I have a question,” “I want a demo,” or “Pricing info.”
Connect each option to the next step: another message, a Collect Email node, or a Route to Agent node.
Use Conditions to branch based on answers. For example, if the visitor says “pricing,” send them the pricing article link. If they say “demo,” route to your sales team.
Add a Fallback path for unexpected responses — typically routes to Sally AI or a live agent.
Click Save & Activate. The flow applies to your chat widget immediately.

Keep flows short — 3 to 4 steps maximum before routing to a human. Visitors abandon long automated conversations. The goal is qualification, not interrogation.
