No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

VoIP Calling - DreamFlow Help

Business Tier & Above

VoIP calling requires a Business tier subscription or higher. Upgrade from Settings > Billing to enable this feature.

DreamFlow's built-in VoIP calling (Voice over Internet Protocol) lets you make and receive phone calls directly from your browser — no separate phone system needed. Every call is logged to the contact record automatically, and you can record calls for training and compliance.

Getting Started with VoIP

Navigate to Communicate > Calls in the sidebar.
If this is your first time, you will see a setup prompt. Click Configure Phone to provision a phone number.
Choose your area code and select a number from the available options.
Allow browser microphone access when prompted. DreamFlow needs this to handle audio.
Your phone is now ready. The call device panel will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Making a Call

Open the call device panel by clicking the phone icon, or navigate to a contact profile and click Call.
Dial a number using the keypad, or search for a contact by name.
Click the green call button to connect. The call timer will start automatically.
During the call, you can:
- Mute/Unmute your microphone
- Hold the call
- Transfer to another team member
- Open the call script panel for guided talking points
Click End Call when finished. The call is automatically logged with duration, timestamp, and recording (if enabled).

Receiving Calls

When someone calls your DreamFlow number, a notification appears in your browser.
Click Answer to accept or Decline to send to voicemail.
If the caller matches a known contact, their name and CRM details appear on the incoming call screen.

Call Recording

Go to Settings > Calls and toggle Auto-Record Calls on.
When enabled, all calls are recorded and stored in the call log.
Access recordings from Communicate > Calls — click any call entry to play back the recording.

Important

Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction. Some states and countries require two-party consent. Check your local regulations and consider informing callers that calls may be recorded.

Tip

Use call scripts to keep conversations on track. Create scripts in Tools > Templates and they will be available in the call script panel during active calls.
