Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Business Tier & Above

Call recording and advanced call logs require a Business tier subscription or higher.

Every call made or received through DreamFlow is logged automatically. If call recording is enabled, you can play back conversations, download audio files, and review call details — all from one central call log.

Accessing the Call Log

Navigate to Communicate > Calls in the sidebar.
The call log shows all calls in reverse chronological order. Each entry displays:
- Contact name (or phone number if unknown)
- Call direction (inbound/outbound)
- Duration
- Date and time
- Recording icon (if available)
Use the search bar to find calls by contact name or phone number.
Filter by date range, direction (inbound/outbound), or team member.

Playing and Downloading Recordings

Find the call in your call log and click on it to expand details.
Click the play button to listen to the recording in your browser.
Click Download to save the audio file locally.

Tip

Call recordings are also accessible from the contact profile. Open any contact and check their Activity tab to find call recordings alongside emails and notes.
