Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Connect Your Email - DreamFlow Help

Connecting your email lets DreamFlow sync your inbox so every conversation appears alongside your contact records. We support Gmail (Google Workspace) and Outlook (Microsoft 365) via secure OAuth — your password is never stored.

Steps

Go to Settings > Integrations from the sidebar.
Find the Email section and click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
A popup window will open asking you to sign in to your email provider. Select the account you want to connect.
Review the permissions DreamFlow requests (read, send, and manage emails) and click Allow.
Once connected, DreamFlow will begin syncing your recent emails. This usually takes 1-2 minutes for the initial sync.
Navigate to Communicate > Inbox to verify your emails are appearing.

Tip

You can connect multiple email accounts. Each team member should connect their own email from their personal Settings page.

Important

If you use Google Workspace, your admin may need to approve the DreamFlow OAuth app before team members can connect. Check with your IT administrator if you see a "This app is blocked" message.
