Are there contracts or hidden fees?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Steps

Navigate to Communicate > Inbox and click Compose in the top-right corner.
In the To field, start typing a contact name or email address. DreamFlow will suggest matches from your CRM.
Enter a Subject line. Keep it clear and relevant — this is what your contact sees first.
Write your message in the body editor. Use the toolbar to format text, add links, or insert images.
To attach a file, click the paperclip icon and select your file. Maximum size is 25 MB per attachment.
Click Send to send immediately, or click the dropdown arrow next to Send and choose Schedule Send to pick a future date and time.

Tip

Save time by using email templates. Click the Templates button in the composer to insert a pre-written message, then customize it before sending.
