When a visitor starts a chat on your website, the conversation appears in your DreamFlow chat inbox. From there, you can reply in real time, view visitor context, and close sessions when resolved.
The sidebar panel next to the conversation shows visitor details when available:
Tip
Use visitor context to personalize your responses. If you can see they are on your pricing page, offer to answer pricing questions proactively.
