Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

DreamFlow sends notifications for important events like new leads, deal updates, task reminders, and team messages. You control exactly which notifications you receive and how.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
You will see notification categories with toggles for each delivery channel:
- In-App — Badge and bell icon in the top bar
- Email — Sent to your login email address
Toggle each category on or off per channel:
- New Leads — When a new contact is created via form or import
- Deal Updates — Stage changes, deal won/lost
- Task Reminders — Due date approaching or overdue
- Team Chat Mentions — When someone @mentions you
- Campaign Results — Campaign send completed, bounce alerts
- Automation Alerts — Automation errors or completions
- Billing — Payment receipts, upcoming renewals, failed payments
Click Save Preferences.

Tip: Keep "Task Reminders" on for at least the in-app channel. Missed follow-ups are the number one reason deals go cold.
