Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

What "Paused" Means

When you hit 100% on a resource, that specific resource is paused — not your entire account:

Emails paused: Campaigns and automated emails queue but do not send. Manual one-off emails still work (limited to 10/day).
SMS paused: Automated and bulk SMS stops. You can still receive inbound SMS.
Calling paused: Outbound calls are blocked. Inbound calls still ring.
AI credits paused: AI features (Sally AI, email writer, etc.) show an "out of credits" message.

Your CRM, contacts, deals, tasks, and all other features continue working normally.

How to Resolve

Upgrade your plan — Higher plans have larger allocations. See Choose and Change Your Plan.
Wait for renewal — Usage resets at the start of each billing period.

Tip: DreamFlow also enforces a daily rate cap at 75% of your monthly allocation to prevent burst usage from exhausting your limits in a few days. If you hit the daily cap, sending resumes the next day.
