Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Email deliverability (the rate at which your emails reach inboxes instead of spam folders) directly impacts your campaign success. DreamFlow's deliverability dashboard helps you monitor the health of your sending reputation and catch issues before they hurt your campaigns.

Key Metrics

Navigate to Marketing > Deliverability in the sidebar.
The dashboard shows:
- Bounce rate: Percentage of emails that failed to deliver. Keep this below 2%.
- Spam complaint rate: Percentage of recipients who marked your email as spam. Keep this below 0.1%.
- Domain reputation: Overall health score based on sending patterns and recipient feedback.
- Authentication status: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration for your sending domain.

Improving Deliverability

Clean your list: Remove bounced and inactive contacts regularly.
Use double opt-in: Confirm new subscribers via email to ensure valid addresses.
Authenticate your domain: Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. DreamFlow provides the exact DNS records you need in Settings > Email.
Warm up gradually: If sending to a new domain, start with small batches and increase volume over 2-4 weeks.
Monitor spam complaints: If complaints spike, review your content and sending frequency.
