Segments are groups of contacts that share something in common — an industry, a behavior, a lifecycle stage, or any combination of criteria you define. Use segments to target campaigns, personalize outreach, and understand your audience.
Tip
Start with 3-5 core segments: "All Contacts", "Active Leads (30 days)", "Customers", "Cold Leads (90+ days inactive)", and "Newsletter Subscribers". These cover most common campaign targets.
