DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Calendar integration powers scheduling, booking pages, and appointment tracking in DreamFlow. Connect Google Calendar to keep everything in sync.

Connecting Google Calendar

Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Find Google Calendar and click Connect.
Sign in with your Google account and grant calendar permissions.
Choose which calendars to sync (you can select multiple).
Click Save. Two-way sync begins immediately.

What Syncs

DreamFlow → Google: Appointments and meetings created in DreamFlow appear on your Google Calendar.
Google → DreamFlow: Events on your Google Calendar are used to check availability. Busy times block your booking page slots.

Booking Page Defaults

Navigate to Settings > Calendar.
Configure your default booking page settings:
- Available hours — When contacts can book meetings with you
- Meeting duration — Default length (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)
- Buffer time — Gap between consecutive meetings
- Advance notice — Minimum time before a meeting can be booked
Click Save Defaults.

Tip: Add a 15-minute buffer between meetings to give yourself prep time. Your future self will thank you.
