No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Migrate Your Data from Another CRM

Switching CRMs does not mean starting from scratch. DreamFlow's Migration Wizard helps you import your contacts, deals, pipeline stages, tags, and activity history from your previous platform.

Steps

Navigate to Settings > Migrate (or go directly to /dashboard/migrate).
Select your Source Platform: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Generic CSV.
If connecting a platform directly, click Authorize and follow the OAuth flow to grant read access. For CSV, click Upload Files and select your exported contact and deal files.
DreamFlow scans your data and shows a Preview — field mapping, record count, and any issues detected (missing emails, duplicate entries).
Review the Field Mapping. DreamFlow auto-maps standard fields (name, email, phone, company, deal value). Manually map any custom fields.
Choose whether to Import Pipeline Stages — DreamFlow can create matching stages in your pipelines automatically.
Click Start Migration. The process runs in the background. You will receive a notification when it completes.
After migration, review the Migration Summary showing imported records, skipped records, and any errors.

Warning

Run the migration on a quiet day when your team is not actively adding contacts. Importing while others are working can create duplicates. Use the Duplicates tool afterwards to clean up any overlaps.

Tip

Export your data from the old platform first and keep the files as a backup. Most platforms have a “Export All Contacts” option in their settings.
