No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Duplicate Contact Detection & Merge

Duplicate contacts create confusion — double emails, split activity logs, and inaccurate reporting. DreamFlow's duplicate detection scans your contact list by email, phone, and name similarity and lets you merge records with a few clicks.

Steps

Navigate to CRM > Contacts and click the Duplicates tab (or go directly to CRM > Contacts > Duplicates).
DreamFlow shows Duplicate Groups — sets of contacts that share an email, phone number, or very similar name.
Click a group to review the contacts side by side. You will see all fields from each record.
Select the Primary Record — this is the contact that survives the merge. The other records are merged into it.
Choose which fields to keep from each record. DreamFlow pre-selects the most recently updated value for each field.
Click Merge. All activity logs, tasks, deals, notes, and tags from the secondary records are combined into the primary record.
The secondary contacts are automatically removed. This action cannot be undone.

Warning

Merging is permanent. Double-check which record you select as primary before clicking Merge. If you are unsure, export the duplicate group first using Data Export.
