Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

The Form Builder lets you create professional lead capture forms without writing code. Drag fields onto a canvas, set validation rules, customize the look to match your brand, and embed the form on any website.

Steps

Navigate to Marketing > Forms and click Create Form.
Choose a starting template (Contact Form, Event Registration, Quote Request) or start blank.
Drag fields from the Field Panel on the left:
- Text Input — single-line text (name, company, etc.)
- Email — auto-validates email format
- Phone — phone number with format hints
- Dropdown — select from predefined options
- Checkbox / Radio — yes/no or multiple choice
- Text Area — multi-line text for messages or notes
- Hidden Field — capture UTM params, referrer, or custom values
Click any field to configure it: Label, Placeholder, Required toggle, and Validation Rules.
In the Design tab, customize: form width, background color, button text, button color, font, and border radius.
Set the Thank You action: show a message, redirect to a URL, or both.
Click Publish to generate the embed code.

Embedding Your Form

Embed Code — copy the HTML snippet and paste it into your website.
Link — share a direct link to a hosted version of the form.
Popup — trigger the form as a popup on button click or after a time delay.

Tip

Use Hidden Fields to capture the UTM source and campaign ID from the page URL. This lets you track which ad or post generated each lead when you view form submissions.
