Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Campaign Builder (Visual Editor)

The Campaign Builder is DreamFlow’s visual email editor. Instead of writing HTML, you drag content blocks onto a canvas, customize them, and preview exactly what your recipients will see on desktop and mobile.

Steps

Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns and click New Campaign.
Choose Email Campaign and select a starting template or start from a blank canvas.
The editor opens with a Block Panel on the left. Drag blocks onto the canvas:
- Text — rich text with formatting, merge fields ({{first_name}}, {{company_name}})
- Image — upload or paste a URL, set alt text and link
- Button — CTA button with customizable text, color, and link
- Divider — horizontal line to separate sections
- Columns — 2 or 3 column layouts for side-by-side content
- Social — social media icon links
Click any block to select it. The Settings Panel on the right shows styling options: padding, background color, font size, alignment.
Click the Subject Line field at the top to set your subject. Use the AI Suggest button to generate subject line options.
Click Preview to toggle between desktop and mobile views.
Click Send Test Email to send a preview to yourself before launching.
When ready, click Schedule or Send Now.

Tip

Keep emails under 600px wide for the best mobile experience. Use a single-column layout for the main content and save multi-column layouts for feature comparisons or product grids.
