No. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Scale tier — full access to every feature, no credit card required. We only ask for payment info on day 14 if you want to continue.

Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Cancel anytime during your trial — no charge, no questions. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period. We also offer free data export so you're never locked in. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap you with a contract.

Invoice Reminders & Overdue Followups

Late payments slow your business down. DreamFlow’s automated invoice reminders send polite nudges before and after the due date, so you get paid on time without awkward manual followups.

Setting Up Reminders

Navigate to CRM > Invoices and open any invoice, or go to Settings > Billing > Invoice Defaults to set global defaults.
In the Reminders section, configure when reminders are sent:
- Before Due — 3 days, 1 day, or same day (choose one or more)
- After Due (Overdue) — 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days
Customize the Email Template for each reminder. DreamFlow pre-fills merge fields like {{client_name}}, {{invoice_number}}, {{amount_due}}, and {{due_date}}.
Toggle Auto-Send on to send reminders automatically, or leave it off to review each reminder before it goes out.
Click Save.

Overdue Escalation

For invoices that remain unpaid after multiple reminders:

DreamFlow flags the invoice as Overdue in your dashboard and the contact’s timeline.
After 30 days overdue, the invoice moves to Collections status.
You can add a Late Fee (flat or percentage) in invoice settings that automatically applies after the grace period.

Tip

The most effective reminder schedule: 3 days before due (friendly heads-up), 1 day after due (gentle nudge), and 7 days after due (firmer request with payment link). Keep the tone professional and include a direct “Pay Now” button.
