Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Google Business Profile integration requires Business tier or higher.

Google Business Profile (GBP) integration lets you monitor and respond to customer reviews, post business updates, and track your local search presence -- all without leaving DreamFlow.

Connect Your Profile

Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Click Connect on the Google Business Profile card.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile.
If you manage multiple locations, select which profiles to connect.
Click Authorize. DreamFlow will start syncing your reviews and profile data.

Managing Reviews

Once connected, reviews sync to your Google Business page in DreamFlow:

Go to Google Business in the sidebar.
You will see all reviews sorted by date with star ratings and review text.
Click Reply on any review to respond. Your reply is posted directly to Google.
Use the filter bar to view reviews by star rating or response status.

Tip

Responding to reviews quickly improves your local search ranking. DreamFlow sends you a notification when a new review comes in so you can reply right away.

Posting Updates

Share business updates, offers, and events directly to your Google Business Profile:

Go to Google Business > Posts.
Click Create Post.
Write your update, add an image (optional), and choose a post type (Update, Offer, or Event).
Click Publish. The post appears on your Google Business listing within minutes.

Review Analytics

Track your review trends over time:

Average rating and how it has changed month over month.
Review volume -- see if review requests are working.
Response rate -- aim for 100% to maximize your local SEO impact.
