Can DreamFlow actually replace HubSpot, Mailchimp, and my other tools?

Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

What if DreamFlow doesn't work for me?

Contracts in DreamFlow let you turn accepted proposals into legally binding agreements. Your client reviews the terms, draws or types their signature, and both parties receive a signed PDF — all without leaving DreamFlow.

Creating a Contract

Navigate to CRM > Contracts from the sidebar, or click Create Contract from an accepted proposal.
Choose a Template or start from scratch. Templates pre-fill standard clauses (payment terms, scope of work, cancellation policy).
Fill in the contract details: Client Name, Start Date, End Date, Value, and Terms.
Use the rich text editor to customize clauses. You can insert Merge Fields (e.g., {{client_name}}, {{project_value}}) that auto-populate from the linked contact or deal.
Click Preview to see the contract as your client will see it.

Sending for Signature

Click Send for Signature.
Enter the signer’s email address. You can add multiple signers if needed.
The client receives an email with a link to view and sign the contract.
They can sign by Drawing (mouse or touch), Typing their name, or Uploading a signature image.
Once all parties have signed, DreamFlow generates a Signed PDF and emails it to everyone.

Tracking Contracts

The Contracts page shows all contracts with their status: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Signed, or Expired.
Click any contract to see the Activity Timeline — when it was sent, opened, and signed.
Contracts are automatically linked to the associated contact and deal for easy reference.

Create contract templates for your most common agreements (retainer, project-based, subscription). This cuts contract creation time from minutes to seconds.
