Yes. DreamFlow includes CRM, email marketing, SMS campaigns, VoIP calling, proposals with e-signatures, invoicing, automations, live chat, calendar booking, forms, reporting, and an AI assistant — all in one platform. Most customers replace 4-8 separate tools. Everything is built-in, not stitched together with integrations.

How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, meaning each organization's data is completely isolated. We never sell or share your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly and get prorated credit for your current billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period. No penalties, no hoops.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

Calendar and Appointments - DreamFlow Help

The Calendar in DreamFlow combines your personal schedule, team availability, and client-facing booking pages in one place. Contacts can book meetings with you directly — no back-and-forth emails required.

Steps

Navigate to CRM > Calendar from the sidebar.
You will see a Weekly View of your appointments. Switch to monthly view using the toggle in the top-right.
To create an appointment manually, click any time slot or use the New Appointment button.
Fill in the Title, Date & Time, Duration, and link a Contact.
Click Save. The appointment appears on your calendar and (if integrated) your Google Calendar.

Booking Pages

Go to CRM > Calendar > Booking Pages.
Click Create Booking Page. Set your Availability (days and hours), Meeting Duration, and Buffer Time between meetings.
Customize the Booking Page URL and share it with prospects. They select a time, enter their details, and the appointment is created automatically.

Tip

Connect Google Calendar to sync events both ways. Appointments booked in DreamFlow appear in Google Calendar and vice versa, preventing double-bookings.
