Automation Enrollments are available on Business ($179/mo) and above. Compare plans
When a contact triggers an automation, they become “enrolled.” The Enrollments view lets you see exactly which contacts are in each automation, where they are in the flow, and whether any have stalled or errored.
Tip
Check the Enrollments tab regularly for “Errored” contacts. Common causes: invalid email addresses, deleted pipeline stages, or disabled integrations. Fix the issue and re-enroll affected contacts.
