How do I move my data from my current CRM?

We support direct imports from HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and any CSV export. Scale and Agency plans include guided migration support — we'll help you move contacts, deals, templates, and history. Most migrations take less than a day.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts — cancel anytime from your billing settings. No hidden usage fees either. Every plan includes email, SMS, and calling credits upfront. If you hit a limit, usage pauses and you choose whether to add a credit pack or upgrade. Nothing ever charges automatically without your explicit consent.

What can Sally, the AI assistant, actually do?

Sally handles chat auto-replies, call transcription, email writing, proposal generation, lead scoring, form spam detection, and daily business briefings. Background AI (transcription, scoring, spam detection) runs automatically at no cost. On-demand generation (writing emails, creating proposals) uses AI credits included in your plan.

I run an agency. Can my clients each have their own workspace?

Yes. The Agency plan ($499/mo) includes 10 sub-accounts with full white-label support — your brand, your domain, your colors. Each client gets their own isolated workspace. You can manage them all from one dashboard and resell at your own prices.

The Audit Log records every significant action in your workspace — who did what, and when. It is essential for accountability, troubleshooting, and security reviews.

Steps

Navigate to Tools > Audit Log in the sidebar.
You will see a chronological list of all actions, most recent first.
Use the filters to narrow results:
- User — Filter by team member
- Action Type — Filter by action (created, updated, deleted, exported, etc.)
- Entity Type — Filter by record type (contact, deal, task, email, etc.)
- Date Range — Filter by time period
Click any entry to see details including the old and new values for field changes.

Contact, deal, and task creates, updates, and deletes
Email sends and campaign launches
Automation activations and deactivations
Team member invites, role changes, and removals
Settings changes (billing, integrations, domain verification)

Exporting the Audit Log

Apply your desired filters.
Click Export in the top-right corner.
Choose CSV or JSON format.
The file downloads to your computer.

Tip: Review the audit log regularly if multiple team members manage the same contacts. It helps catch accidental deletes or unintended field changes.
